    • Deposit amount required: 50% Deposit will be required to confirm reservations of two nights or more. Full deposit required to confirm one night reservations.

    • Cancellations: In the interest of good customer relations we understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. We often try reschedule cancellations off-season if we can re-rent the room. We absolutely cannot reschedule on a weekend or prime season. One Night Reservations & Special/Packages: The total cost is non-refundable and non-transferable to any other dates or persons regardless of the date of cancellation. Two or More Night Reservations: From the date your reservation is confirmed, to at least 21 days prior to the date of arrival, a $35.00 cancellation fee will be charged per room. Your 50% deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 14-20 days prior to your reservation date. For cancellations within two weeks of your arrival date you will be charged the total amount shown on your guest folio. Early Departures and/or Inclement Weather Cancellations: Sorry, neither are refundable nor transferable to any other dates or persons.

Directions within Cape May From NYC, depending on the traffic, it takes approx. 3 ½ hours to reach Cape May. From the South: Chesapeake Bay Bridge to Route 301 to Route 50 east to Route 404 east to Route 9 North to Lewes. Take Ferry to Cape May. Route 9 North to Route 109 South. Directions within Cape May From the West: Delaware Memorial Bridge to Route 40 East to Route 55 South to Route 47 South Garden State Parkway, South to the end.
