    Blue Sky: The cozy sitting area with hand painted sconces and paisley. It can accommodate an extra person, with its twin size bed or an area to watch TV or curl up with a book.
    Moonlight suite: very romantic and elegant with chandeliers that give the illusion of candlelight. The majestic king size bed the fireplace and antique furnishings take you back to a different era..
    Moonlight: the bathroom is decorated with beautiful white ceramic tiles, it has a spa shower. A large soaking tub where you could enjoy a luxurious bubble bath.
    Mister Sandman: the color of sand,rich browns, and soft yellows engulf this room that wakes up to the East side morning sun. The bed is a queen size with the most comfy mattress and luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets that will make it very hard to get up in the morning...
    Mr Sandman: this spacious private bathroom is wrapped in Italian ceramic sand colored tile with a massage shower. A door leads you to an outside deck to catch the sunrise or sunset.

    A DREAM BY THE SEA is only steps away from the Beautiful Belmar Marina, Atlantic ocean and beach. Offering ORGANIC HOMEMADE BREAKFAST with fresh fruits yogurts,and JUICING when requested. Very affordable whether you want to sneak away for a day or a week. We are the getaway that is not far away. Therapeutic massages in your room or a yoga session is available with a reservation. YOU DON'T NEED A CAR! Belmar train station is a block from the INN with direct access to and from Newark airport and NYC along with our neighboring towns. Everything is very convenient. Irish Pubs to great Pizza and the best Sea Food on the Jersey Shore is caught right here. Fine dine on the water and enjoy the most spectacular sunsets. The area is wonderful for biking or walking, and there are so many things to do from bird watching to swimming. Experience surfing contests, kite shows, volley ball tournaments, sand castle building, para-sailing, jet skiing and more or you can just sit on one of our decks and enjoy a glass of wine or have a cappuccino listening to some great live music. We are two friends who love to live a positive and healthy lifestyle and together we wanted to create a B&B that was different from the ordinary. We truly wanted to make a place for people to get away, relax, have great fun and laughs, enjoy delicious organic food, sleep in a comfortable allergy free bed, with luscious bedding, listen to good music, and unwind. Whether you want to be alone or meet new friends, we are committed to meet your needs. The ambiance is lovely and we are certain you will make new friends, share some stories, have some laughs.     Belmar Weekend Getaway

    I wanted a weekend getaway before returning to work. I came across "A Dream By the Sea" from an internet search. The inn is lovely; and Michelle and Carmela are gracious hosts who are very attentive to their guests and makes everyone feel welcome. The rooms are beautiful and immaculate. The breakfast is delectable. The inn is close to the beach and several eateries. My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer, but will visit again. C. Snow, 2012

    OUTSTANDING

    From the moment we walked up the front steps and was warmly greeted by Michelle and Carmella, we new we were a " Home away from Home". We stayed in the Sandman. The all cotton white bedding was the most comfortable bed I have ever been in. The plush white terry bath robes were so thick and soft you wanted to disaappear in them. And the creams and lotions were just another added special touch ! Breakfast was more than delicious. The table was filled with fresh fruit, yogurt, granola and wonderful breads. And of cousre there was egg casseroles and orgnaic bacon and sausages for those who wanted to endulge. ( we did ) and it was so worth it.! Michelle and Carmella went out of their way to be sure we were comfotable and had everything you needed. My hobbie is to look for sea glass. When I mentioned to Michelle I couldn't find any, she was gracious enough and gave me one ( a blue one ) from her collection. We left with hugs and fond memories. Thanks Again Michelle and Carmella

    We had a great time. Michelle was great and happily accommodated our late arrival. We would definetly stay here again if our travels find us in Belmar.

    I took my daughter to the beach for her fifth birthday and our stay here was lovely. Carmella even went to the trouble to prepare macaroni and cheese for my daughter's birthday breakfast. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable and both the hostesses are very warm and welcoming. Thank you!

    Wonderful inn in Belmar

    Lovely, spacious room renovated with sound-proof windows and central air conditioning. The inn, just off the main street, is a ten-minute walk or two-minute drive to a beautiful beach. Although the accommodations were very comfortable, it was Carmelas's and Michelle's hospitality that we appreciated most. The breakfast was a feast, delicious as it was plentiful. We stayed two nights and regretted not staying longer. Although this area is expensive, A Dream by the Sea is a very good value.

    Fantastic!

    My boyfriend and I spent a night here in the Moonlight suite. It was amazing! The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the inn was perfect for us as it is close to many restaurants. The breakfast was fantastic! Michelle and Carmella really make it a wonderful stay for their guests. We are both vegan eaters and they made sure to have plenty of breakfast options for us. We hope to try and come back before the summer ends!

    Lovely Setting near the Beach

    Everything is perfect with this B&B. Rooms are spacious, hostesses are welcoming and the breakfasts are great. It is convenient to Main Street attractions and only a few blocks from the beach. Parking included in price right next to the B&B. Had a great time!
