Casa Marina Condominiums offer a variety of luxurious affordable one or two bedroom apartments. All units offer gracious amentities, and have air conditioned living areas including full kitchen facilties. Each condo unit features a walk -out private balcony overlooking the Bay of San Juna and the Pacific Ocean. Located on the "maldecon"- beach walk we are steps from the bay and are on the main beach road with a variety of restaurants and stores and artisans selling local crafts only steps away. Comfortable privte guests rooms with private bath and air conditioning are also available at this property. Our sister property the Hotel Villa Isabella, three blocks east invites guests of the Casa Marina to vist their porch and pool.

  The guest room prices start at 85$ and the apartment prices start at $125.00 for low season with one bedroom and range to $375.00 for 2 bedrooms for 6 people in the high season, and additional persons are $20 each then. We accomodate groups by using a variety of the condo apartments and private rooms at group rates of 45$ per person including breakfast based on double occupancy.
