Our historic lakeside inn/bed & breakfast has 18 individually decorated guest rooms waiting for you - at a unique setting on Kezar Lake, one of New Hampshire's most beautiful lakes. We're located in the quiet village of North Sutton (just south of New London in the Sunapee/Dartmouth region of New Hampshire and mere minutes from Mount Sunapee, a winter delight that boasts the finest snow in New Hampshire and a summer adventure land with zip lines and other exciting activities). For generations, Follansbee Inn on Kezar Lake has beckoned adults and older children who long for an active, natural and environmentally friendly vacation. Our guests come from near and far to enjoy outdoor activities and year-round fun. There are adventures and activities for each and every season, so please enjoy unlimited free use of our kayaks, canoes, rowboat, sailboat, bicycles and snowshoes.

We arrived in mid-April 2012 to take over as the new innkeepers at Follansbee Inn! Our journey began the prior Fall when after one visit to Follansbee, with its magnificent setting on Kezar Lake, we were inspired to move from the heart of Cajun Country in Louisiana to New England. Come join us to enjoy Southern-spiced New England charm in one of the most beautiful spots in New Hampshire!

Directions to property:
We are at Exit 10 off I-89. Turn left if coming from the south; turn right coming from the north. Proceed about 100 yards. Turn right onto North road (Just follow the signs for Route 114 or Wadleigh State Park) for about 1 mile. Turn right onto Route 114 for 1/4 mile. We are just behind the white church on the right. There we are. We are at the intersection of Route 114 and Keyser Street, across from the lake. We are midway between Concord, NH, our state capitol and Hanover, NH, where Dartmouth College is located. New London, home of Colby-Sawyer College, is four miles from the inn.
