This charming farmhouse circa 1904, sits 750 feet from the entrance to renowned Mount Sunapee Ski Resort and Adventure Park and is only minutes from both Sunapee Harbor and the Lake Sunapee State Beach. An Inn for all seasons, enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, boating; Alpine skiing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and snowmobiling right from the property or just minutes from the Inn. Furnished in a quaint, country style the Inn offers four "simply" delightful guestrooms, each with a private bath and queen size bed. Enjoy a great start every day with our full country breakfast and end the day with light refreshments served each afternoon.

Cancellations: Due to our limited size, cancellations have a serious impact on our reservations. General Bookings: we adhere to a strict two week (14 day) cancellation policy. Cancellations made with less than the 14 days may be charged a cancellation fee of no less than one night's room charge. We will, in all instances, try to "re-sell" any portion of the cancelled space in order not to charge a cancellation fee. "No Shows" will automatically be charged the full amount of the reservation even if the room is re-sold. All confirmed reservations are considered guaranteed. Please note there is a $25 administrative fee for all cancellations.
