Weekends are defined as Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. Holiday rates apply to holidays and any Friday or Monday nights between the holiday and the weekend, such as would create a four day weekend.
CANCELLATION POLICY:If you must cancel---with at least a 7 day advance notice, we will refund your deposit less a $50 processing fee (30 DAYS ADVANCE NOTICE IS REQUIRED during holidays, school vacation weeks and special events/THERE IS NO CANCELLATION during Foliage)---If you cancel with less than the above notice, and we are able to rebook your room, we will still only charge you $50 administrative fee. If on the other hand we are not able to rebook the accommodations you will be charged the entire stay. Guests arriving after or departing before dates reserved, or those who fail to show are responsible for the entire stay as well. Reservations made during Fall Foliage may be charged a 1 night's stay deposit in advance and
there is a NO Cancellation policy for that period (Sept. 1- Oct 31)
