Friends and I stated at CopperToppe from August 29-September 1. The inn and surrounding property are beautiful. Bill and Sheila thought of everything we could possibly want, and I can't imagine our retreat being half as memorable if we'd just booked a hotel. I can't recommend them enough; we're already talking about returning next year.

We came to Coppertoppe from Ottawa as part of a weekend with friends, and I can't think of anything that would have made it better! We'll certainly be back next year!

A group of friends and my wife and I stayed at Coppertoppe for a reunion weekend. While our group took up a significant portion of the resources at Coppetoppe, all the guests were made to feel "like family" and were treated warmly and with great love and care. We had a wonderful weekend. We have known the innkeepers for years as personal friends but have not had the opportunity to stay at Coppertoppe. That was a mistake - we should have stayed there long before now. We are looking forward to next year!

My husband and I recently stayed a couple of nights at Coppertoppe and had a wonderful time. Bill & Sue went above and beyond to provide a comfortable and accommodating experience for us. Breakfasts were delicious. The location is also great with nearby lake access, hiking trails, canoeing and site such as the painted rocks (our personal favorite). We highly recommend Coppertoppe and hope to be back!

We spend two wonderful days at Coppertopp Inn! This property was charming with lots of places for our puppy to run around. Sheila and Bill made our visit feel like we were with our aunt and uncle. They were so kind and hospitable. We stayed in the Jade suite and the room was cozy and very spacious with a big private marble bathroom and whirlpool tub, towel warmer, refrigerator and comfortable beds, tastefully decorated, clean, and even set up with a dog mat and bowls. The hosts gave us bathrobes and slippers. Every morning we took delight in breathtaking views of lake and mountains, taking delicious breakfasts with fresh fruits, egg dishes, French toast and yummy pancakes. Sheila and Bill allowed our puppy to run around off-leash on the wonderful mahogany floor and socialized with other dogs on the cozy balcony and next to the picturesque pond. They provided whatever we needed, bug spray, extra towels and a hose to wash our puppy, and offered kindly to watch Teddy while we went to dinner with our friends. They even invited our friends to make a tour of whole house. So it was a great experience for our first time at a B&B with a dog. We highly recommend a stay this lovely dog friendly place!
Thank you again for taking time to write a review and for sharing your wonderful family with us. Guests like you make this business a pleasure and an education. Take care and come back soon.

We arrived in darkness and woke up the next morning to the most spectacular view from our room balcony, and sumptuous breakfast that included a few hours of stimulating conversation. Throughout our three day stay, Bill and Sheila pampered us and paid careful attention to our dietary needs, too. The Turquoise room shrunk in size a bit with the addition of an extra single bed but was clean and comfortable, as was the newly renovated bath. Sheila was also kind enough to arrange a wonderful afternoon at a nearby artist's studio where we made glass crafts, and because we had come up by bus, she was our personal chauffeur and companion as we visited local antique galleries and lovely restaurants. She also read our Tarot cards! We had a marvelous three day stay and look forward to returning.
We miss you both already. Your visit was most refreshing and uplifting. The time at the glass studio was fun and what you each made was amazing. Next time (plan ahead) we will get you into one of the suites with room for art and massage. Thank you for writing a review and for being such lovely guests.

I was visiting my son at a camp in the area and decided to try Coppertoppe. The couple who run the inn are very accommodating and will make every effort to have you feel at home. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with an assortment of almost anything you would want. The room had a beautiful view and was very comfortable. A very pleasant place to stay.

The rooms are well-appointed and immaculate, the common areas comfortable and bright, and the view of the lake is picture-perfect. Sheila and Bill are great hosts--helpful, informative and friendly but never intrusive. Breakfasts were fabulous and generous enough to satisfy a hungry lumberjack, with plenty of options including fresh fruit and some veggies. (A recommendation: Insist on having the gluten-free waffles.) And if you're looking for a B&B where your pet will be not only tolerated, but welcomed like a member of the family, Coppertoppe is for you. Our chihuahua gives it 5 wags--best vacation ever!
