Ideally located in a quiet, residential area,just 5 miles (8 km) from Manhattan with the Train Station just across the street. The train ride to the heart of Manhattan lasts about 15 minutes. (zoom out map) NJ is the better side of the river. Coming to NY? NJ is much faster of a commute to the City than Brooklyn and our place with the train station across the street, makes a difference compared to other 5 mile places from the city that require additional transportation to the buses to New York (Not mentioning traffic lights and traffic jam) Private rooms in a clean house located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, easily accessible from NYC midtown (Times Square/New York Penn Station). Close enough to all Manhattan attractions to visit them within minutes, but far enough not to be bothered by the noise and crowds. So why spend $250/night to stay at a hotel in New york when you can reach Times Square in 15 min from our house, with most reasonable rates. Our house is ideal for Independent Guests. You will get a set of keys and as much information as you need when checking in and... free yourself from the landlord/host daily presence. We will be at a phone call distance from your requests.

"A home away from home"

"I stayed here for 4 nights for business and was very pleased. My room had a balcony overlooking the city, a sitting room, bedroom, and bathroom. It's very homey in the sense that there's a pinball game in the foyer, a mattress up against the wall, random toiletries, but I liked that because it was less sterile than a typical hotel room. There are also complimentary sodas, coffee, and all the office supplies you could think of, including a Spanish-English dictionary! The best part of the place is Ron and his wonderful breakfasts. I had the best pancakes I've ever had and he cooks wonderful eggs to order. He couldn't be friendlier or more hospitable. I would definitely stay here again! The only drawback? There's not a whole lot within walking distance, so it's best to stay here if you have a car or you plan to spend your days in Manhattan. Great value!"
