124 on Brunswick bed and breakfast is a purpose built architectually designed award winning Kiwi homestead. It is situated on 2 acres of pasture and surrounding native bush in semi rural Brunswick Park. We are easy to find just 5 minutes drive from Rotorua Airport and 10 minutes drive from Rotorua City Centre. 124 on Brunswick bed and breakfast's location is a great base from which to expore the wonders of Rotorua and the greater Bay of Plenty.
There is one king size bedroom and two queen size bedrooms, all with ensuite shower rooms and double doors leading onto a wrap-around covered verandah. All bedrooms enjoy the same facilities with the emphasis on comfort and freshness. The beds and linen are of high quality and there is a selection of pillows to help ensure a good night's sleep
The reading room adjoins the bedrooms and has all the facilities a guest needs. A fully equipped kitchenette with complimentry light refreshments and snacks. Comfortable lounge chairs with a variety of reading matter including daily newspapers and magazines, television, a selection of internationally acclaimed NZ DVD's and complimentry full wireless broadband computer access.
A special Kiwi Homestead breakfast is served in "Poppies" breakfast room to set you up for a busy day sight seeing and adventure tourism. "Poppies" breakfast room adjoins the main family lounge. Lindsey and Jonathan will take this opportunity in showing you great Kiwi hospitality, answer your many questions and help make your visit to Rotorua truly memorable.

Jonathan is a professional photographer with 40 years experience specialising in environmental and commercial photography. He would be delighted to give you information on good photographic locations in Rotorua and throughout NZ. Examples of his work are displayed throughout the homestead.
Banjo is our family cat and the mother of Boots
Boots is the son of Banjo and a great rabbit catcher. Isn't he lovely and so good looking!!!
Richie is our latest addition and is our adopted Golden Retiever. As with all Goldens he is very well behaved, doesn't bark and just loves being surrounded by people. He comes from a loving home with 10 other Golden Retrievers and has come to us so we can give him a some special attention.
Your hosts Lindsey and Jonathan Barran have lived and worked in Rotorua for 35 years and have travelled extensively throughout New Zealand and the world. They would be delighted to help or give advice on your travel plans. Rotorua is the premier cultural and tourism destination in New Zealand and 124 on Brunswick's location is a great base from which to explore the region.

Jonathan is a professional photographer of 40 years experience He would be delighted to give you information on good photographic locations throughout Rotorua and NZ.
