Deposit Amount Required: If paying by NZ Bank Cheques or by cash, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. For credit card bookings we take no payment until your arrival, unless cancellation fees apply.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel or amend your reservation, please let us know as well in advance as you are able. We reserve the right to take 100% of the overall booking, should you fail to inform us of any cancellation or booking change within 48 hours of the reservation. Within 7 days of the reservation we reserve the right to take 50% of the overall booking. If we are able to re-book the room, cancellation fees will not apply. We will always try our best to re-book.
