    We invite you to our tastefully restored Edwardian colonial home, originally built in 1903. The five individually furnished bedrooms (all en-suite), guest lounge and dining room enjoy views across Tasman Bay or over our outdoor solar heated swimming pool, spa pool and picturesque gardens. Set in a semi-rural location but only a few minutes away from Nelson’s café bars and restaurants. Enjoy delicious breakfasts including eggs from our free-range hens. However, in the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled booking the following charges apply: Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 30% of the total cost will be charged. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% of the total cost will be charged.
