    We invite you to our tastefully restored Edwardian colonial home, originally built in 1903. The five individually furnished bedrooms (all en-suite), guest lounge and dining room enjoy views across Tasman Bay or over our outdoor solar heated swimming pool, spa pool and picturesque gardens. Set in a semi-rural location but only a few minutes away from Nelson’s café bars and restaurants. Enjoy delicious breakfasts including eggs from our free-range hens. Explore the region’s three National Parks, discover art galleries and local wineries or simply relax around the pool In the evening join us for complimentary local wine and nibbles.

    • Cancellations: Due to our size , any cancellation will affect us significantly. If you have to cancel your booking we shall do our best to re-let the room. However, in the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled booking the following charges apply: Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 30% of the total cost will be charged. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% of the total cost will be charged.
