  Deposit Amount Required: Your booking at Mt Huia is secured on payment of a deposit of $150, or the equivalent of the first night's accommodation, whichever is the greater.

• 

  Cancellations: As accommodation is on single occupancy basis a late cancellation has a significant effect on our business. Cancellation is required a minimum of fourteen (14) days before date of booking for full refund of deposit. Cancellation between 7 and 13 days prior to booking will result in loss of 50% of deposit. “No show" or late notification will result in loss of deposit (or having deposit amount charged against your credit card) and the possibility of full charge of the booking being made to your credit card.
