    Sunset View Lodge is located at Baylys Beach, Northland New Zealand and is situated on the highest point at Baylys Beach with wide panoramic views over the Tasman Sea. You can watch the surf roll in during the day and be awe struck at the amazing sunsets in the evening. Then drift off to sleep with the soothing sounds of the waves in the background. All our top floor suites open out to magnificent seaviews, listen to the sweet sounds of the waves rolling in onto the pristine beach, as you sit on your deck reading a good book. Or have a relaxing swim in our newly built heated swimming pool with a turbo jet. You have the option, subject to availability, of 3 suites on the 2nd floor or 3 suites on the 1st floor. The top floor units have a grander view of the Tasman Sea and wave action while the lower level still has great views. All units have Plasma TVs, plus fridge, with a minibar of Local Wine and Beers, microwave, coffee and tea making facilities along with modern en suite making these the ONLY luxury type available in this area.

    • Deposit Amount Required: 100% deposit of one night is required if staying two or more nights.

    • Cancellations: Cancellations made over 30 days from commencement of the booking will receive a full refund. Further refunds are available if your booking is replaced. As most people book holidays well in advance, it is often difficult to replace a cancellation at late notice. However, please be assured that we will do our utmost to assist you to replace your booking should a cancellation be necessary. If a successful replacement is made, all your money will be returned. Please note, if the booking was made through an agent, their fees will not be refundable.
