Features of the LIVING ROOM: 32 in. cable color TV, stereo with 5 disc CD player, private telephone with computer jack, sofa bed (queen size for guests). BED ROOM has bed side cable TV.
The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The villa is on a tree lined street with FREE PARKING directly in front of the entrance.BONUS: A 10 minute walk through historic St. George village brings you to the FREE world famous Staten Island Ferry. The ferry runs 24 hour 7 days a week,every 30 minutes and provides spectacular views of Manhattan skyline.
