The Boathouse Bed & Breakfast is located in the town of Bolton Landing just minutes north of the village of Lake George. Take the Northway (I 87) to Exit 22. Follow the signs to 9N (Bolton Landing). Go 9 miles north into the town of Bolton Landing. Take a right at the traffic light in front of Grand Union Grocery Store (Sagamore Road). The Boathouse Bed & Breakfast is on the right side ΒΌ mile from the light, just past Smith's Marina.
