- Minimum stay required (3 nights on holiday weekends, 2 nights on weekends May-Nov.)
- Smoking is not allowed (Smoke Free property)
- We cannot accommodate guest pets (No pets on property)
- Accommodations are not suitable for children
- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted
- Deposit amount required (Deposit due when reservation is made. 50% of reservation per room, or full payment if a one night reservation. Balance due upon arrival.)
- Check in time is 4-8pm by appt. and Check out time is Until - 11am
- Cancellations:
Deposit returned minus $20 service charge if cancellation received at least 14 days prior to arrival. Otherwise forfeit deposit unless room is rebooked. No shows will be charged the full reservation amount. No refund for early departure. - Accepted by the following agencies:
