As a family establishment, we take pride in being one of the only Bed and Breakfasts in the Woodstock area which welcomes young children and pets.

The Bed & Breakfast is located only five miles from the Village of Woodstock in a private, cozy and warm home set back in the mountains of the Catskills. Located on 4 acres of private land with mountain views.

You will receive only the finest homemade baked breads, muffins and scones, seasonal fruits, juices, coffee and teas every morning.

The Bed & Breakfast offers a two-bedroom suite, containing one queen-size bed, two twin beds and one crib. In your private bath you can gaze at the stars under a skylight. There is a private entrance, common living area with a fireplace, common kitchen, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, washer & dryer, screened-in porch, and outdoor stone patio.

Hiking, walking trails, fishing, tubing, swimming holes, galleries, shops, fine cafés and dining cuisines are located nearby. We are also located across from Wilson State Park and near the Reservoir.

As a resident of Woodstock for over 35 years, we provide an excellent source of information.

The Fall Foliage is breathtaking at our establishment...so make your reservations early!

Hunter and Belleayre Mountain resorts only 30 minutes away. Information provided for local music festivals and activities. Located minutes from the famous Emerson Spa.

We are also only minutes from the Karma Triyana Dharmachakra (KTD), which offers daily Tibetan teachings and practices. Reiki and Energy work is available on site. Susie is trained and certified as a Reiki Master. Open your heart to her healing hands. Weekend & Weekday availabilities for each season. Rates: $150 - $175 per night based on capacity, $250 - $300 for two nights. Ask us about our discounts for additional nights! Additional fees of $10-$20 per night for pets.     From North: Exit 20-Saugerties/Woodstock. Left after toll booth and right at light onto Rt. 212. Go through the Village of Woodstock, enter Bearsville and bare left at fork onto Rt. 45/ Wittenberg Road(do not follow Rt. 212), at Wittenberg store bare to the right to continue on Wittenberg Road, first left onto Cold Brook Road, 7/10 of a mile on left, driveway across from mailbox #161, straight up driveway to white house on top.

    Enjoy the mountain views while relaxing on the stone patio. You will not be disappointed. It is extremely private, and only 5 miles from the Village of Woodstock.

You will have the second floor of the house to yourself.

    The meadow & stream behind our home is only a few hundred feet away.Another shot of the antique twin beds, and antique funrniture that runs in our family. Hard wood floors, beautiful rugs, and new carpeting.
    The two-bedroom suite has two antique twins beds and a brand new crib in one bedroom, and a queen-size bed in the second bedroom. Each room has windows with spectacular views.

We are proud to be one of the only B & B's in this area that welcomes young children and babies.Enjoy your private bath while you gaze outside. Beautiful tiling and tiled floors, sink and toilet.

There is also a bathroom with a shower downstairs available for your use at any time.
    The second bedroom of the suite has a queen-size bed, a dresser & bookshelf, exposed brick and a window that you will be pleased to wake up and look out. You will see deer, hear the birds, and enjoy this sanctuary.

Just watch your heads the ceilings slant!The common kitchen will be filled with the great smells of fresh coffee and homemade breads and scones. Tiled flooring, stainless steel refrigerator, and a gas stove where Susie makes her famous goodies.

Susie has been serving gourmet meals her entire life, having learned from her mother and the generations before --the traditions have been passed on to her children and many friends.
    The other side of the room, with an antique baby's crib and window. There is also an antique hutch and dresser.The innkeeper's Weimeraner dog, Misha.
    The third bedroom upstairs is located across from the two-bedroom suite, and is used as the Reiki, meditation, ballet and yoga room.

Susie is a trained Reiki Master, who studied for many years in energy work and polarity. She has worked with Shamans as well as Native American Indian tribes.

It is a large, open space which has a fireplace, ceiling fan, beautiful pieces of various antique wood furniture, various plants and cacti, digital television and many, many windows to enjoy the views.
