Inn Details
Catskill Maison, featured in Westchester Magazine as one of 25 Excellent Eco Friendly Weekend vacation spots located 1 mile from Ski Windham and 2 golf courses was built in 1782 as a wayward Inn, it then housed NY governor William Hunt as a youngster and then was the Lawrence dairy farm well into the 1960’s and a residential home for a few decades after. In 2004 Josephine and Lea Moffett, a mother/daughter team had a vision and purchased the Inn and have converted it into a luxury Bed and Breakfast.
The Bed and Breakfast is open for all seasons. We serve a 3 course gourmet breakfast featuring ingredients from local farms.
There are 6 rooms with private en suite baths. All rooms feature queen or king sized beds with 600 thread count sateen sheets, feather down comforters, wireless internet access and flat screen televisions.

Directions from New York City and points south:
Take Major Deegan Expressway (87 North) which turns into the NYS Thruway to over the Tappan Zee Bridge to exit 21 Catskill. After the toll take a left at the stop sign onto 23-B for 1/10 mile and then merge onto Route 23 West towards Windham. Take 23 West through the town of Windham (24 miles)…we are 1 mile outside of the center of the town on the right side of the street on Route 23.

Take 87 South to exit 21 Catskill. After the toll take a left at the stop sign onto 23-B for 1/10 mile and then merge onto Route 23 West towards Windham. Take 23 West through the town of Windham (24 miles)…we are 1 mile outside of the center of the town on the right side of the street on Route 23. - Nearest major airport: Albany, NY (ALB-Albany County) 65 miles

Policies
- Minimum stay required (2 nights on weekends, 3 nights on holiday weekends)
- Smoking is not allowed (The B&B and surrounding grounds are non smoking)
- We cannot accommodate guest pets
- Limitations on children staying (Well Behaved Children 14 and older accompanied by an adult)
- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted
- Deposit amount required (1 night deposit by credit card)
- Check in time is 5pm-7pm and Check out time is 11am
- Cancellations:
Notification of cancellations made at least 14 days in advance of date of arrival, will receive full refund of deposit minus a $25 service fee. Deposits for reservations cancelled less than 14 days in advance of your stay will be non-refundable, unless Catskill Maison is able to reassign the room. Deposit will be forfeited in full if arrival occurs after confirmed date of arrival or departure is before confirmed date of departure. In the event a guest does not show for their room, 100% of the total stay for the entire period reserved will be charged.
