    Wonderful First Time Experience

    May 08, 2013

I have never stayed at a Bed and Breakfast and my experience was outstanding! I'm afraid every other B&B stay we do will have to live up to this one. Barb and Tom are excellent hosts, serve as great tour guides and provide unbelievable breakfasts.

    Best of the Glen

    May 02, 2013

What a lovely place to end our vacation. The innkeepers were very welcoming, knowledgeable and personable, and gave us good tips on the best places around to visit and dine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - just wish it could have been longer. Deborah & Kevin

    Cozy and Comfortable

    April 24, 2013

We had a relaxing stay at the Echoes of the Glen B&B. Our hosts, Barbara and Tom made us feel welcome and were accommodating hosts. We were given an upgrade to a larger room, the Concord Suite, which had a private bath, couch and television. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. There are two cats and a dog in the home, but you wouldn't know it! Thoughtful touches like a visitor brochures and photo albums in the common areas, as well as a small fridge, wine glasses and corkscrew in the hall outside of our room were great - we had everything we needed to feel right at home. We highly recommend staying here and plan to do so again if we are in the area! Thanks, Barb and Tom!

    Innkeepers Description:

Barbara & Tom grew up in this area...Rock Stream and Odessa. After spending 34 years away from the area, raising their family and working in different parts of the country, they came back to their roots in 2005 to open Echoes of the Glen B&B, which reflects the history of racing, the area's wines and the Watkins Glen Gorge. Their own collection of racing posters and photographs makes the stairway and upstairs hallway a gallery dedicated to the racing history of Watkins Glen.

Deck the Halls Wine Tour: Nov 16-18, 2012

    November 27, 2012

We recently visited with Barbara & Tom for the Deck the Halls Wine Tour and our stay was absolutely wonderful ! Barbara is a fantastic host, knows all the local hot spots, and boy can she cook ! The place is immaculate and beautifully decorated yet has that "no place like home" feel. We had a GREAT time and will be back again next year. Also, a big shout-out to Smokey, Teddy and Rita - the welcoming committee :)

    Another Wonderful Weekend

    November 24, 2012

I would like to extend my thanks to Barb and Tom and Kaylee for making my stay at Echoes of the Glen another wonderful weekend. I have been visiting Barb and Tom in Watkins Glen for the past 8 years and have enjoyed their lovely home and gracious hospitality. Friends and family have always remarked on the comfortable rooms and delicious breakfasts that Barb prepares. I am looking forward to another visit in the new year. Shawna
