We echo all the other excellent comments posted here. We went to the Finger Lakes to celebrate my 50th birthday and it couldn't have been a better trip. Joan & Michael were so thoughtful and accommodating, their home was beautiful and the breakfasts rivaled anything you might find in a 5-star restaurant. I'm gluten-free and Joan fed me much better than I feed myself! We made good use of the hot tub and enjoyed the treats available to guests (coffee, chocolates, snacks). Our room was lovely and the location was convenient to multiple attractions (which were listed in a visitor's guide left in each room). It was my first trip to the Finger Lakes but it won't be my last, and I'll look forward to staying here again.

One of the best B&Bs I've ever stayed in. My husband and I enjoyed a beautifully decorated and warm bedroom for several nights, all without complaint. Mike and Joan have run this B&B for years and it shows. Their attention to detail is impressive. My husband mentioned while booking we were coming up for our anniversary and we were greeted with a thoughtful card and chocolate covered strawberries! And the breakfasts...ugh, SO GOOD! I'm gluten-free but didn't miss a thing. Blueberry muffins, french toast, cranberry scones. Each breakfast was three courses so don't plan on eating much for lunch. Their home roasted coffee was great too. I can't say enough good things about our stay and we'll definitely be back!

This bed and breakfast is amazing. It is difficult to decide which is better, the hosts, the rooms, the hot tub, or their amazing, homemade breakfasts. I have stayed here many times, including one special occasion with my parents and grandparents. My grandparents still talk about their stay over a year later, they enjoyed it so much. I would never stay anywhere else. The hosts make me feel like I am at home. Their dog Harley was the sweetest, making it feel even more like home. The rates are so reasonable compared to other hotels and bed and breakfasts. Joan uses her own herbs when cooking breakfast from her plants and Mike brews his own coffee each morning. The smells that you enjoy while Joan is baking and cooking are to die for. I really could go on and on about how wonderful they are. Stay at the Grapevine and see for yourself! You will not be disappointed.

Our visit with Joan and Mike, can't leave Harley out, was just wonderful. The attention to detail makes this B and B stand out among all others we have visited. The breakfasts are absolutely mouthwatering. Each day is a new adventure in culinary delight. Thanks for a lovely stay. Sue and Larry

We spent 4 nights with Joan and Mike in July 2012 and it was wonderful. The B&B exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was imacculate with a comfortable mattress. The breakfasts were each unique and every dish was amazing. We have stayed in numerous B&B's but never one as nice as Through The Grapevine. We also loved the Finger Lakes and all that the region has to offer.
