Greenwood Lake is a bi-state lake. We are in New York State about four miles from the New jersey border.
No Car? 196/197 Bus to Greenwood Lake. We will pick you up and take you to the ski slopes.
North bound: Interstate 87 to exit 15A, make a left at ramp. North on Rt. 17. After Sloatsburg and Tuxedo make a left on to 17A. Enjoy your ride through Sterling Forest State Park. Make a left at Ten Eyck Road. (Sunrise cafe on corner) Ten Eyck becomes Sterling Road. Make a right at stop sign and go across the bridge. We are the second driveway on the left.
South bound: Interstate 87 to exit 16 (Woodbury Common Premium Outlets) South on Rt. 17, right on Rt 17A. Follow above.
No Car: Take the Warwick line NJ Transit bus from Port Authority. Tel: (973)762-5100 for a timetable. We will drive you to the ski slopes - Nearest major airport: Newburgh, NY (SWF-Stewart) 20 miles

Left on 17M to Lakes Road 5
Right on Lakes Road 5 to Greenwood Lake
Quick left on to 17A then a quick right on to 210 west

Make a left at Watersone Road (Ambulance station and church on corners) Continue until road turn slightly to
the right we are the first driveway after the curve.
DO NOT CROSS THE BRIDGE We are no 7, sign on the right

We always try our best to re-rent the room but remember, you can always give it away to a friend or relative if your plans change. Any vacant room nights due to cancellation are forfeited in full and charged to the guest's credit card account.
