Location

  • Directions to property:
    Greenwood Lake is a bi-state lake. We are in New York State about four miles from the New jersey border.
    North bound: Interstate 87 to exit 15A, make a left at ramp. North on Rt. 17. After Sloatsburg and Tuxedo make a left on to 17A. Enjoy your ride through Sterling Forest State Park. Make a left at Ten Eyck Road. (Opp. Village Market) Ten Eyck becomes Sterling Road. Make a right at stop sign and go across the bridge. We are the second driveway on the left.
    South bound: Interstate 87 to exit 16 (Woodbury Common Premium Outlets) South on Rt. 17, right on Rt 17A. Follow above.
    No Car: Take the Warwick line NJ Transit bus from Port Authority. Tel: (973)762-5100 for a timetable.

    If a guest cancels a reservation within 7 days of arrival (30 days for groups), a refund is given if we are able to re-rent the room. We always try our best to re-rent the room but remember, you can always give it away to a friend or relative if your plans change. Any vacant room nights due to cancellation are forfeited in full and charged to the guest's credit card account. Cancellation fee $25.00/room
