My husband and I wanted to get away for the weekend and Springdale Farm is ideally situated - close to eastview Mall, the town of Pittsford, outlet shopping, wineries. I have been to Springdale Farm many times and it's always wonderful. Eileen is the best!

My husband and I recently stayed at Springdale Farm Bed & Breakfast, in the Black & Tan Suite, for a weekend getaway. Eileen was very accommodating, and allowed for a later check in. She gave us an access code to enter the B&B and had our room key waiting at the welcome desk. The room was clean and tidy upon arrival, with very nice decor. We instantly felt the stress from the work week melt away and we felt right at home. The entire weekend was very enjoyable. The surrounding area is beautiful with plenty to do. Lots of resteraunts, sight-seeing, and shopping. Also, if you like beer tasting CB Craft Brewers is a must! We spent a lot of time out and about, but also spent a lot of time at the B&B. It was just so peaceful and serene, and could never tell anyone else was staying there (all five rooms were occupied with other couples). The room was very warm and cozy with electric/gas fireplace. Last, but certainly not least, to mention is Eileens delicious breakfast. Nothing like it! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to go back soon! Thanks for a great stay!

We truly loved our stay. The location was great, with a rural feel and hiking available right from the house. Yet it was only minutes from restaurants and shopping. Eileen was a treat and made us feel very welcome. Her breakfasts were marvelous. We would definitely go back again.
