The Adam Bowman Manor is very charming and Innkeepers Marion & Barry are both extremely kind and very knowledgable about the Utica area. The only area we found lacking in was breakfast. We have stayed at numerous b & b's and have always delighted in the wonderful well prepared breakfasts. We are breakfast people and in addition to enjoying a beautiful location we look forward to the meal that is part of the experience.

    Welcome and well fed.

We recently stayed with Marion and Barry for the second year in a row while attending the Great American Irish Festival. After two years, we now feel like family and let me tell you the breakfast that Marion puts out is "wicked good".

    Always a welcome!

Each year my sister and I visit Utica during Boilermaker weekend...and each year we return to the Adam Bowman Manor. 2007 was our 5th visit. Marion and Barry go out of their way to ensure we feel welcome and comfortable. It is truly " like going home!!"

    Great 2 night stay!

We stayed here for two nights to end our finger lake summer vacation. Wonderful rooms, we stayed in the library. Food was wonderful! Host were very nice. Very close to route 90, easy to get back on the highway.
