Gothic Eves is a 2 acre property with two magnificent examples of Gothic Revival and Queen Anne architecture in the Historic Village of Trumansburg. The Main House was built in 1855 and just next door, the newly restored Potter house was built before 1850. We are located between Cayuga and Seneca Lakes. We are close to restaurants, antiques, golfing, evening entertainment, wineries, swimming, boating, hiking in Taughannock Falls State Park. Near to Ithaca College, Cornell University, Watkins Glen, Buttermilk, and Robert Treman State Parks.       Rose, Roman and family enjoy entertaining guests, cross country skiing, sailing and backpacking. We are in our 14th year of service to our guests. We have added to new rooms to the Main house and we have added a second house just next door. Roman is our carpenter,electrician and architect. Rose is the face of the business. You will often find her in her gardens during check in time. Our daughters are great aspiring innkeepers too.

    Red Parlour room has a king sleigh bed, fine linens, period antiques with a claw foot bathtub.Smokehouse Room in Main House
    This magnificent example of a Gothic Revival House is our Main House with 5 bedrooms. The Potter House is an example of a Queen Anne house and it has our two new Suites.  The combined properties allows for many places for guests to relax in the yard.Breakfast table in Main House

    The Golden Room is located on the first floor in the main House.  It is named for the warm glow that occurs every afternoon when the sun shines through the large window.The Seneca Suite in the Potter House has a fireplace, LCD 32" HDTV, wireless, cathedral ceiling, pillow top mattress with the finest linens.
    The Sewing Room is named for its antique Singer sewing machine.  The room is on the second floor in the Main House.  It is a great room for late sleepers.
