Shorecrest Bed and Breakfast
A sense of history surrounds this beach house and bed and breakfast located in wine and farm country, on the north fork of Long Island. We offer water views, antiques filled guest rooms, a cozy library, and wicker filled screened porch. We are centrally air conditioned for the comfort of the many brides and grooms who choose to prepare for their weddings here, or decide to spend their honeymoon with us.
Swim and sunbathe at the beach, shop in nearby sea coast village of Greenport, or world class outlets in Riverhead. Visit our 8 lighthouses, natural resources and wildlife. We are a short ferry ride to Shelter Island, the Hamptons, casinos and New England. Wonderful to visit all seasons.

From N.Y.C.:Eastbound; LIE to exit 73 (end). Follow Rt. 58. continue east past the small traffic circle to 2nd stop light at Northville Tpke. Turn Left & go to the end. turn right onto Sound Avenue. Travel east approx. 16 miles to Southold Beach (L.I. Sound on left). Slow down, 300 ft. past beach is Shorecrest, on the right; corner of Ruch Lane (private road)& Route 48.
From Orient Point Ferry landing: West bound on route 48 for 11.4 miles, 1 mile west of Soundview Restaurant/Motel. Shorecrest is on the corner of Ruch Lane & Rt. 48, 1 block west of Bayberry Lane, on left. Look for large cedar shake house with flagpole in front. - Nearest major airport: New York, NY (NYC-All Airports) 50 miles

Policies
- Minimum stay required (May thru October weekends and holidays)

- We cannot accommodate guest pets
- Limitations on children staying (Shorecrest is filled with antiques and not 'childproof ')
- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Complimentary wine is served in the evenings)
- Deposit amount required (One night stay or 50% of cost of stay)
- Check in time is 3-6 p.m. and Check out time is 11 a.m.
- Cancellations:
14 days in advance with $30.00 cancellation fee after which one night rental fee will be forfeited.

Marilyn,an artist, grew up and was educated with a degree in art in England, enjoyed a thirty year career as a fashion and textile designer in New York and is a graduate of the New York botanical gardens landscape design school.
