We found this place at the last minute on our rather poorly planned mini-moon (a few days away post wedding, we're having the honeymoon in the autumn). It turned out to be a great find, a gem of a place with great hosts and beautifully presented accommodation. The breakfasts were of particular note, my new husband may never be so well fed at breakfast time again! Delicious! Mary Ann and Robert's local knowledge and directions were invaluable and all the thoughtful touches they included really made our stay very special. The photo's don't do this lovely place justice. It was wonderful.

We stayed at the Acorn Hollow to attend a wedding on the North Fork. What a treat. Mary Ann and Robert are outstanding hosts and their home is beautiful. The "By the Sea" room exceeded all our expectations. If you like B & B's, you will absolutely love the Acorn Hollow.

From the moment we arrived at their B&B, Robert and Mary Ann went out of their way to make sure our stay was relaxing and memorable. The breakfasts, hot chocolate with Bailey's, and snacks were delicious. Their recommendations for walks to Southold Bay, the wineries within walking distance (Duck Walk, Osprey's Dominion, Corey Creek), and the wineries tour with Joann (excellent!) complimented a perfect stay. We highly recommend Acorn Hollow and will be back next year! E&K

Maryann & Rob were fantastic! They were able to accommodate us, on short notice, in the By The Sea room for our special night. Very romantic and all small details thought of.The pictures do not do the home justice. You should experience it for yourself. So, warm and inviting as are the hosts. Breakfast was delicious and relaxing. The B&B is close to all we wanted to do which made our stay perfect. We look forward to a return visit. Wade & Mary Ellen

Robert and Mary Ann were excellent hosts! They were very friendly and incredibly accommodating, lending us beach chairs and towels each day, which was a huge convenience. We've stayed at other, pricier inns on the North Fork and found Acorn Hollow to be an incredible value.
