Mainstay, a charming 1870's restored colonial guest house, in the lovely Historic Village of Southampton, N.Y. All rooms are beautifully decorated with antique iron beds and country pine furniture. Continental breakfast consists of muffins, breads, waffles fruit and cereal and may be taken in the country dining room off by the pool and garden. Close to the ocean and walking distance to a town full of exciting shops, wineries, antiques and dining.
