Little Bit of Heaven - Near Letchworth State Park
Letchworth State Park is close to the Little Bit of Heaven Bed and Breakfast (B & B). The B & B lodging is located 7 miles from the Castile entrance of Letchworth State Park. It is a beautiful Victorian house built in 1893 by Mr. Joseph Duncan and his wife Addie. Elegance and charm describe the decor of this beautiful home. The first floor hosts a spacious living room and front parlor for relaxing and conversation. The house has two enclosed porches which open into the grounds and provide an area for privacy and quiet reflection. The formal dinning room provides an elegant setting for breakfast, which is routinely served at 8:30 a.m. The Little Bit of Heaven has high speed wireless internet available for the guests plus cable TV with DVD and VHS players in each room. A number of DVD and VHS movies are available for guests use. There are four bedrooms all with private bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are located on the second floor with queen size beds and one on the first floor with a king size bed or twin beds.

FROM ROCHESTER:
Take 390 south to Geneseo, Exit 8, 20A (toward Geneseo). Go 12 miles to Five Corners, stay straight onto NY 39. Follow NY 39, 7 miles (through Perry)and turn right onto East Lake Road. Go 3.5 miles and turn left on Main Street, Silver Springs. B & B is on the right side about 1/2 mile from turn.
FROM BUFFALO:
Take 400 south to East Aurora and follow 20A east to Warsaw. At Light, turn right on 19 south to 19A. Follow 19A to Silver Springs. At the caution light take a left on Church Street. Go to the end of the street (about 100 yards) take a right and the B & B is the third house on the right.
FROM CORNING AND THE SOUTHERN TIER:
Take 17 west to 390 north to Dansville's 2nd exit. Turn right on 36 south to 436 west. Turn right and follow 436 west through Portageville, turning right on 19A. Follow 19A to Silver Springs. At the caution light take a right on Church Street. Deposits will be refunded (minus $25 service charge) if cancellations are received by me (e-mail or a telephone call is acceptable) at least 5 days prior to the date of stay or if the rooms are re-booked for that period. If the cancellation is not received at least 5 days prior to the date of stay and the room is not re-booked the deposit will be forfeited.
