Tumble Inn
We offer 4 rooms each representing a season in North Country. Each room has a fireplace, private bath with claw foot tubs and modernized plumbing and A/C.
Our guest living room features a fieldstone fireplace, cable TV and comfortable Arts and Crafts style decore. Breakfast is served in our dining room with a gas fireplace. Our breakfast has been referred to as "a no lunch" breakfast by some of our clients. We have a wrap around porch with a screened in area. Our grounds offer tranquil views of the lake and Pharoah Mountain. We have gardens, a picinic table, and outdoor hot tub which our guests may use.
We are 1/2 mi from the center of the village, town beach, boat launch ramp which are free to the public. There is hiking galore in the region. We are about 1/2 hr from Lake George and 45 min to lake Placid which makes for a nice day trip with leaving the crowds behind.

From the South
Take I-87 (Adirondack Northway) to exit 27. Turn left onto State Route 9 heading north for about 4 miles. We are on the left side of the road between Charley Hill Rd. and Hoffman Rd.
From the North
Take I-87 (Adirondack Northway) to exit 28. Turn right onto State Route 9 heading south. You will pass through the town of Schroon. We are approximately a half mile south of town on the right side of the road between Hoffman Rd. and Charley Hill Rd. - Nearest major airport: Albany, NY (ALB-Albany County) 60 miles

- Cancellations:
A cancellation before two weeks of the reserved date will result in a full refund. If a cancellation between 5 and 13 days before the reserved date is made, a Tumble Inn gift certificate for a future date will be issued. If a cancellation occurs less than 5 days prior to the reserved date, no refund will be made.
