The Holmestead Bed and Breakfast

The Holmestead Bed and Breakfast is on 11 acres and has magnificent views of the Catskill Mountains. Our roomy(550 sq. ft.) one-bedroom suite offers a private entrance and bath, large livingroom and dining area. Whether you would like to explore the countryside or just sit out front and watch the sunset this is the place for you. We are 45 minutes from Albany, 2 hours from New York City and less than 2 miles from HITS (Horse Shows In The Sun) in Saugerties. Stay with us and we will make you feel right at home.

    Exit 20 of the New York State Thruway (87). East on routes 212 & 32 to Main Street Saugerties, left on Main Street and Rte. 9W and go aprox 3 miles on 9W to Emerick Rd. Make a right onto Emerick Road, then a quick left. Go aprox. 50 feet you will see our sign. We are the last driveway on the right. We are located on the top of the hill in a brick and white house.

    Cancellation fees will apply for cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival.
