      Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit; a cancellation fee of $25.- will be applied. Cancellations made less then 10 days prior to the arrival date are subject to forfeiture of 50% of the reservation total.

    A picture speaks a thousand words.  (Looking north up the Hudson River, from the Renwick Clifton House.)  Three guest rooms share this view.  All guests can enjoy the view from the back deck.The Mary Powell is our largest and most luxurious room. This room boasts absolutely, amazing river views! You will find yourself surrounded by luxury and numerous details such as a King sized bed, W Hotel Mattress, goose down bedding encased in hand beaded silk, 500 thread count sheets, monogrammed oversized bath towels, his and hers plush terry robes, fresh cut flowers and fine European chocolate truffles. 

You will also enjoy an italian marble tiled spa like bathroom, with a jucuzzi tub.  Envision yourself relaxing in a hot bubbling Jacuzzi tub, large enough for two, while gazing out at the Hudson River. On a clear day your views will extend into the hills of Columbia/Greene Counties and beyond. At night, gaze into the lights of the Rip Van Winkle Bridge, as well as adjacent riverfront estates.
    Ansonia - This elegant room is bright and airy, displaying Edwardian style furnishings with intricately carved details. Arrive to fresh cut flowers, luxury linens, oversized bath towels, plush terry robes and fine European chocolate truffles.Imaginatively, “Chancellor Livingston” is a fitting description for this room, as it provides a regal atmosphere with river views that are second to none.     Clermont - This room is appointed with warm and inviting soft shades of green. The furnishings are lavish yet comfortable.  Located at the North East of the house, the Clermont offers incredible river views.  Arrive to fresh cut flowers, luxury linens, oversized bath towels, plush terry robes and fine European chocolate truffles.The beauty of the Hudson River is calling you.
