    This private charming newly renovated and fully furnished cottage has two rental spaces; three bedroom three bathroom apartment, and studio apartment...can be opened to create four bedroom four bathroom rental for up to 8 persons.

    Apartment: three bedrooms, three bathrooms, fully equipped galley kitchen, den with working fireplace, dining area, screened in porch, access to deck overlooking wetlands,. Amenities include cable TV, internet access, a/c, jacuzzi tubs. $395-495 per night.

    Studio: large room with skylights, queen and twin beds, dining area with microwave, bar sink, bar fridge, bathroom with tub/shower, access to deck overlooking creek. $195-250 /night.

    50% deposit upon reservation, remainder two weeks in advance of stay. Cancellations accepted up until three weeks in advance of stay, cancel less than 3 weeks, forfiet deposit, cancel less than 2 weeks no refund offered unless the rental can be otherwise booked.
