The Six Sisters Bed & Breakfast
The unique architecture of this charming Victorian home, features a large second-story bay window, a hardwood front door decked with stained glass an and a verandah accentuated with plants, rocking chairs and ceiling fans. Inside, the antiques and Oriental rugs create an elegant atmosphere. The spacious, immaculate guest rooms, each with private bath, some with whirlpool and private balconies, king or queen bed, T.V., small refrigerator and air conditioning are individually decorated. During racing season, guests can rise early and take a short walk to the local race track to watch the horses work out. Upon their return, guests are greeted with the smells of a delicious breakfast.
The editors of America¿s Favorite Inns, B&Bs, and Small Hotels announced their second annual America¿s Favorite Inns awards for 1998, to recognize those inns, B&Bs, and small hotels that both their readers and editors recommend as their favorites for hospitality, comfort, food and decor. The Six Sisters B&B was one of 25 selected from around the country and the only one representing New York State. The Six Sisters was also featured in NY Magazine (7/17/00) as one of the best 30 Country Escapes near NYC.

We are thirty miles North of Albany. From Exit 24 of the NYS Thruway, take the Adirondack Northway (I-87) to Exit 14. Bear right onto Rte 9PN which becomes our street, Union Avenue. At the Third light (you just passed 149) take a right onto Nelson Avenue and an imediate right onto Morton Place (alley). We are first White House on the right. This is the back of the B&B. - Cancellations:
Your deposit applies to your entire stay. As we deal primarily with advance reservations, deposit will be refunded (less $25 refund fee)or applied to a new date, if cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival date.
