Our comfortable Victorian home is one mile from the mineral spas, state park, race tracks and downtown. Nearby Skidmore College hosts just one of more than 13 Saratoga museums and art galleries. Large guest rooms, a spacious front porch and private backyard inground pool help you relax and rejuvenate. The restless guest will never lack for a new adventure whether it is testing the "waters" of the mineral springs or visiting the waters of the Adirondack mountains just 1/2 hour away.

Follow signs for I87 North. Exit at 13N towards Saratoga Springs. You will be on Route 9 heading north. Continue for about 3 miles. Route 9 becomes a divided roadway as you enter Saratoga. Pass the Museum of Dance on your left, take the next left at the light onto West Fenlon Street. At the next light take a right onto Ballson Avenue. At the next side street take a right onto Livingston street and into our parking lot.
