Branch Farm Bed and Breakfast
We are located on Lake Flower in the village of Saranac Lake. We are just minutes away from ski areas, hiking trails and golf courses. We are at the beginning of the 29 mile waterway chain. Our 120 acres allow you to enjoy a relaxing walk in the woods or to launch your canoe from our dock and enjoy a leisurly cruse on the Saranac Lakes. Enjoy excellent fishing within sight of your room.
Our property provides our visitors with the opportunity to observe a variety of Adirondack wild life. We are regularly visited by deer, many varieties of birds and , occasionally, by our resident fox.

Traveling on Rt 86 from Lake Placid, follow River Street to the Town Hall intersection in Saranac Lake. Turn left at the Town Hall light and go over a small bridge. Turn left at the stop sign and follow Kiwassa Road for about 1 mile. Turn left into Branch Farm Road and drive straight in to 25 Branch Farm Road. Coming from Tupper Lake on Rt. 3, turn right at the town hall light and follow the directions above. - Nearest major airport: Albany, NY (ALB-Albany County) 150 miles
