The elegantly spicious Niagara room is the largest of the guest rooms and the original master bedroom. It presents high vaulted celings and two large side windows perfect for enjoying a cross breeze, or daydreaming while peering through to our historic apple orchard. The richly decorated Niagara room features a high solid queen size cherry four poster Empire bed with luxurious bedding and a heavenly pillow top mattress, perfect for catching up on some well deserved rest. This romantic room also has a comfortable sitting area which includes two wing back chairs, and an antique day bed for your relaxation. The room includes a private in room bath with shower, ceiling fan, TV/VCR/CD player/AC,wireless access.

The Delaware room with it's vaulted ceilings proudly hosts a lovely queen size cherry four poster bed, a comfortable wicker sitting area and, a cafe table for two- perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying your Finger Lakes wine and cheese, while looking out onto your own private deck which overlooks the spacious grounds. This cottage style room is complete with a TV/VCR/CD player, mini fridge, ceiling fan, private in room bath with shower and air conditionng. The Delawaree room has an outside stairway leading to the deck and private entrance. Perfect for your own personal time away.
The soothing Seyval Suite is two uniquely comfortable rooms adjoined by antique pocket doors. The rooms featured a plush country queen size bed on one side, and the other room can be enjoyed as a spacious sitting area. The sitting room features two reading chairs along with a period day bed for your relaxation. Our first B&B and our first trip to the Finger Lakes and it was wonderful!! My husband was a little concerned about the B&B environment but was extremely pleased. The Wagener Estate is a beautiful, historic property conveniently located. The Fall drive for our 25th wedding anniversary was wonderful and the surprise gift from friends of a beautiful fruit and cheese tray and some locally bubbly added to an amazing get away. The owner and guests were a pleasure and the food was delicious. We highly recommend it.

My husband and I stayed for three nights 10/5 - 10/8/2011 and found it charming, clean & very comfortable. We booked the Seyval Room with extra sitting area and were thrilled with location - easy walk to town for meals; nice outdoor space and on hill overlooking Lake Keuka. Breakfasts were delicious . Will definitely come back next year.

My daughter and I stayed here while she was on a college visit. Our stay at the inn was perfection. Great room, lovely surroundings, with the best food. Terrific service and accommodation. Cathy not only represented her inn but also gave us such a warm introduction to the area. Lovely, warm affect for us, which definitely influences the college choice. Can't wait to go back.

My wife and I along with another couple recently enjoyed a perfect stay at this inn. We had a chance to relax and get reaquainted in a quiet atmosphere. The 200 plus year old home was clean and well maintained and the large yard and grounds made us feel as if we stepped back into time on this historic estate. The breakfasts were scrumptious and gave us a headstart on our day visiting area wineries and antique shops. The location was very convenient to lakeside dining and two wine trails. We look forward to visiting again. We just wanted to also thank the innkeeper for being so accommodating and helful.

A peaceful weekend getaway started off perfect with our stay at Wagerer Estate b&b. The innkeeper was helpful in directing us to local hiking paths and great rasturants. Breakfast was terrific, and more than enough to keep us energized throughout our day! Rooms were clean and comfortable, and quiet! Would recommend this b&b to everyone!
