Our contemporary solar powered home has five large comfortable rooms, including two log cabins. All have queen sized beds, private baths, and air-conditioning. We feature beautiful country views, yet are just minutes from Seneca and Keuka Lakes. Enjoy one of our award-winning breakfasts, then relax and watch the goldfinches and hummingbirds as they flit through our flower gardens. Fill your days with all that the Finger Lakes have to offer, then relax on our spacious deck and gazebo. In the evening, we can recommend a restaurant that suits your mood. On clear nights we can give star tours with a large telescope on our back lawn.
Our unique Grand Suite occupies the entire upper floor, with a separate sleeping room and sitting room with TV. The hand-made quilt for the queen sized bed is an "Iris and Hearts design". The large private balcony has a beautiful view overlooking our extensive flower gardens, deck area, and the Benton Valley. The suite is air conditioned (central air), and has a private bath. A single bed can be put in the sitting room to accommodate a third person at $30 per night.

Our Sage Room is on the first floor, and has a romantic queen size sleigh bed. Our Mennonite friends sewed a "Boston Commons" quilt with rich colors especially for this room. The room also features two comfortable Queen Anne style recliner chairs for quiet moments reading, watching TV, or just relaxing by the fireplace and watching TV. The room is air conditioned and has a beautifully appointed private bath.
Nightly Rate: $159/$159
The Blue Room is located on the ground floor and furnished with comfortable dark wood antiques. Our comfortable queen-sized bed has a hand stitched quilt made by local Mennonite women. The room includes a comfortable seating area and private bath, and is air conditioned.
Nightly Rate: $159/$159
The log cabins are our newest rooms. The exterior has a rustic look, but this isn't your grampa's log cabin. We have put in a very comfortable queen sized bed, state of the art air conditioner, flat panel TV, comfortable bathroom and more! Located at the edge of our woods, you are only a few steps away from the house and our famous breakfast.
Nightly Rate: $169/$0

We just completed our 5th stay at Los Gatos over the past three years - obviously, we love it there? Burney and Susan are wonderful hosts who serve the most delicious breakfasts along with their friendly conversation filled with helpful suggestions as to where to eat dinner or spend an afternoon.

Great location for a weekend getaway to the wine trails of Keuka and Seneca! Lots of room and privacy for B & B'ers. Burney and Sue are very knowledgeable about the activities of the area and made some great suggestions to make our weekend a success! Definitely will return!

Our 2nd visit to Los Gatos and not our last. Burney makes the most wonderful breakfasts and Susan's homemade jams and juices make it perfect. Great location to all kinds of activities nearby. Already planning a trip back in the fall.

My husband and I love Los Gatos. Susan and Burney make us feel so welcome. This was our fifth visit. My sister and I came for a small getaway a few summers ago, and one more time with my Mom. So, we've been here a lot! The reason: the location, the property but above all Susan and Burney. They always go the extra mile to make all of our visits special. Susan asked about my Mom and my sister. I was impressed that she remembered and touched that she thought to ask after them. The breakfasts as usual are AMAZING. For my husband and I this is the perfect type of holiday and the ambiance of Los Gatos makes it our perfect getaway. We cannot recommend Los Gatos enough.

I took my fiancee to Los Gatos for her birthday through a Living Social deal. We upgraded to a private cabin. The weather was extremely cold but the cabins were equipped with space heaters. It was very warm and cozy. The cabin was spacious and the bed was comfy. Burney and Suzan were both lovely and welcoming. The included breakfast was delicious and their apple cidar syrup was out of this world. We are planning another trip to the Finger Lakes for our mini-honeymoon and plan to stay at Los Gatos again.
