Our contemporary solar powered home has five large comfortable rooms, including two log cabins. All have queen sized beds, private baths, and air-conditioning. We feature beautiful country views, yet are just minutes from Seneca and Keuka Lakes. Enjoy one of our award-winning breakfasts, then relax and watch the goldfinches and hummingbirds as they flit through our flower gardens. Fill your days with all that the Finger Lakes have to offer, then relax on our spacious deck and gazebo. In the evening, we can recommend a restaurant that suits your mood. On clear nights we can give star tours with a large telescope on our back lawn.
Our unique Grand Suite occupies the entire upper floor, with a separate sleeping room and sitting room with TV. The hand-made quilt for the queen sized bed is an "Iris and Hearts design". The large private balcony has a beautiful view overlooking our extensive flower gardens, deck area, and the Benton Valley. The suite is air conditioned (central air), and has a private bath. A single bed can be put in the sitting room to accommodate a third person at $30 per night.

Our Sage Room is on the first floor, and has a romantic queen size sleigh bed. Our Mennonite friends sewed a "Boston Commons" quilt with rich colors especially for this room. The room also features two comfortable Queen Anne style recliner chairs for quiet moments reading, watching TV, or just relaxing by the fireplace and watching TV. The room is air conditioned and has a beautifully appointed private bath.
Nightly Rate: $159/$159
The Blue Room is located on the ground floor and furnished with comfortable dark wood antiques. Our comfortable queen-sized bed has a hand stitched quilt made by local Mennonite women. The room includes a comfortable seating area and private bath, and is air conditioned.
Nightly Rate: $159/$159
The log cabins are our newest rooms. The exterior has a rustic look, but this isn't your grampa's log cabin. We have put in a very comfortable queen sized bed, state of the art air conditioner, flat panel TV, comfortable bathroom and more! Located at the edge of our woods, you are only a few steps away from the house and our famous breakfast.

Found a great Living Social package deal for a 2 night stay in a standard room, daily breakfast, 2 wine card passports for wine & beer tastings at 27 wineries, and a welcome gift from the B&B. There were 3 different establishments to choose from and I'm so very glad I picked Los Gatos. Susan & Burney are wonderful hosts who are warm, friendly, hospitable and very knowledgable about the Finger Lakes region. Within minutes of meeting them you feel more like friends than guests. The property is immaculate and there are so many extra special touches all around that show how much they care. We decided to upgrade our package to the 2nd floor Grand Suite and were blown away by how much space there was. As we were the only guests at the B&B during our stay, we really did have the entire home to ourselves. No matter which room or cabin you choose, you will not be disappointed. They are all extremely clean, comfortable, spacious and finely decorated. Breakfast each morning was a delight and having unrestricted access to the common areas of the home (including an attached sunroom with a magnificent view) was an added bonus. We live 5 hours away however if we were to travel to this area in the future, we would definitely return to Los Gatos.

Been to this B&B twice now and will be back again. Great end to a day of wine tasting.

Staying at Los Gatos for a long weekend was the best decision we made! The cabins were adorable and the grounds were beautiful. Susan and Burney served breakfast everyday from their own fresh produce and eggs and also local farmers! It was out of this world! We will definitely be making another trip back, hopefully sooner rather than later!

Everything at Los Gatos was outstanding. Burney & Susan are consummate hosts. Our cabin was spacious and spotless. We enjoyed a gourmet breakfast looking out over a beautiful valley. Main house accessible with drinks and a sitting area available. We loved it and would definitely return.
