    Harry Hathaway, a manufacturer of wool hats and scarves built this stately 19 room Queen Anne Victorian home in the village of Oriskany Falls in 1882. The house remained in the Hathaway family until the late 1920's. This home had been used for meny years as rental property. since 2001 it's been used as a Bed & Breakfast it's only minutes away form Colegate University, Hamilton Collge and (SUNY)Morrisville State Collge.

    • Minimum stay: on a few priority weekends two nights

    • Deposit amount required: Deposits must be in the amount of $50.00 per room.

    • Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation deposits will be returned less a $25.00 bookkeeping fee provided we are notified 14 days prior to the arrival date and if we are able to fill the scheduled space. The full daily rate will be charged if the guest arrives after the scheduled date or departs before the final date of confirmed reservation. Rooms are not held without deposit unless secured with credit card.

    We spent a night between dropping off college kids and vacationing. Great history, host and house. Economically challenged town.

    Pat and Roy have a beautiful B&B. If you enjoy architecture, you will love their house. The intricate woodwork is a sight to behold—the floors are gorgeous. Everything is done to perfection. The rooms are gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. Pat and Roy are wonderful hosts--so very accommodating. Their breakfast is outstanding! The dining room and table settings are exquisite. Thank you, Pat and Roy, for sharing your lovely home with us.

    After frequenting the Inn a second time, we found our stay even more enjoyable and looking forward to returning next year. The innkeepers are attentive and friendly and the ambiance is warm and welcoming.

    Visiting the Hathaway Inn in Oriskany Falls, NY is one of the most relaxing experiences you can imagine. Having stayed there on several occasions, returning to the beautiful inn is like going back in time, the warm, inviting atmosphere is remarkable. Hosts, Roy and Pat are wonderful people, always willing to help, give directions to sights and restaurants in the area; the food is superb, rooms are spacious, clean, clean, clean...it's a perfect getaway, and you will want to return again and again.
