Five miles south of Ithaca, and convenient to the Seneca and Cayuga Lake Wine Trails, Cornell University and Ithaca College, the Dane Emerson House is a distinctive bed and breakfast. Enjoy this charming Queen Anne Victorian updated with an ecclectic blend of unique furniture from all over the world. All rooms include a private custom bathroom, Manor and La Mer with Jacuzzi tubs, wireless internet access, LCD television, and the finest appointments. Picnic on our 5 acre lawn, walk in our valley along the river, woodland trails or explore our historic and unique barn. Stroll among some of the many specimen trees, or enjoy architectural features and unique beauty of the Dane Emerson House and grounds as you visit Upstate New York, Ithaca and the Finger Lakes.

From Ithaca Route 13 South
Routes 13, 34 and 96 combine briefly to head south out of Ithaca. Route 34/96 is also named West Danby Road.
Traveling South on routes 13, 34/96 take the Route 34/96 left split to Spencer (clearly marked). This split is passed Buttermilk Falls Park, just outside of the Ithaca City limits.
From here, the Dane Emerson House is approximately 4 miles on your right.

Exit airport and take 81 South through Syracuse and continue to exit 11 or 12 to Ithaca, New York (Cortland exits). Follow route 13 South to Ithaca and follow directions to property above.
