    From Ithaca Route 13 South
    Routes 13, 34 and 96 combine briefly to head south out of Ithaca. Route 34/96 is also named West Danby Road.
    Traveling South on routes 13, 34/96 take the Route 34/96 left split to Spencer (clearly marked). This split is passed Buttermilk Falls Park, just outside of the Ithaca City limits.
    From here, the Dane Emerson House is approximately 4 miles on your right.

    a barn will be visible on right as you slow and approach the driveway
    slow considerably as the driveway requires are sharp right turn

    Exit airport and take 81 South through Syracuse and continue to exit 11 or 12 to Ithaca, New York (Cortland exits). Follow route 13 South to Ithaca and follow directions to property above. Other regional airports (Less distance): Ithaca (same distance): Rochester Binghamton Elmira

    Small sitting area amongst specimen treesEnjoy a gracious setting with a designer's touch at the Dane Emerson House. The front foyer is inviting and eclectic.
    Originally the first floor parlor,The Manor Room is gracious and stately room has three bay windows, gas fireplace with a custom Victorian mantle, and a 10 foot ceiling with chandelier. The private bath includes a Jacuzzi tub with shower and custom french vanity/sink. An oversized king Irish Manor bed anchors the room. The only guest room on the first floor, the Manor Room is one of our largest with easy access to the front door and porch. Enjoy the beautiful morning sunlight as it filters in to this South East facing room. A 24 hour beverage and snack bar is located in the dining room and available to all guests. Breakfast is served between 8:00 & 9:30 each morning.

A custom King size velvet bed is centered in three bay windows within The Blue Room. Different tones of blue bring a sophisticated and contemporary feel to this space. From the windows are views of the barn and back grounds. Sit back and relax in the velvet reading chair
or take care of business as each room includes a wireless internet connection.
