We strive to provide superior accommodations and comforts at an affordable price - our suites feature exposed brick wall, high ceilings, and ceiling fan. Each suite is fully equipped with its own private kitchen and private bathroom with tub and shower, air conditioning, flat panel TV w/cable, closet space and more... Most of our suites can comfortably accommodate a family as large as 5. Please call for details regarding larger parties.

We are minutes from all points of interest in New York City such as Rockefeller center, Broadway, and the capital of the World Financial Center, Wall Street. Besides public transportation, it is an easy walk to Central Manhattan.

- Cancellations:
All cancellations must be made in writing. Guests canceling their reservation 30 days prior to check in will be refunded their security deposit less a $95.00 processing fee. Guests canceling their reservation 7 days or more, but less than 30 days, prior to check-in will be charged a cancellation fee in the amount of their security deposit. Guests canceling their reservations within 7 days of their check-in date will be charged the full amount of their reservation.
