There are a few things you should be aware of before your arrival. This is not a hotel. It is a loft style accommodation. You will have your own room with a plasma flat screen tv with satellite cable/dvd and refrigerator and queen size bed, but share a bathroom. Guests are not allowed in the loft. Occasional smoking is allowed in the common areas but not in your room. Please be aware there are occasional dinner parties in the loft from 6 PM until midnight. At these times, the common area will not be of use. The loft will be quiet when guests have returned to their room. You will be able to sit, watch tv, or use your computer in the common area when there are no other events. We even have a baby grand piano also, so please feel free to fill the air with music! Towels, soap and hair dryer will also be provided for your convenience. Ironing board and Iron on premises.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and Checkout is by 11:00 AM.

There are occasionally business events that take place, even small amount of smoking, in this loft. Your room is private but the common area may be in use. During these times, we ask you to be discreet. No guests are allowed other than person who booked the stay, and no smoking in rooms. Please do not book a room if you expect the room to be sound proof. This is New York! You will be advised of events and procedures in the loft upon arrival. Bathroom is shared. Continental Breakfast or served on request.
