We have 10 units available at this location. All the studios can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably.
The apartment is well equipped and prepared for the guest arrival with a nice set of fresh towels and linens. (measures approx. 400sq. ft.). There are original wood floors and the walls are well-decorated with pictures and paintings. The place is sunny and bright with large windows. The open kitchen is very functional and is equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a sufficient supply of cooking utensils.
The living area is open with a queen sized Murphy bed and a queen sized sofa bed. There is a TV with cable, VCR , small coffee table and also a glass dining table with seats for four guests.
We also have a new studio available in Greenwich Village
This newly renovated apartment (with hard wood floors) is on the 4th floor of a prewar building. It’s a walk-up with an Intercom security system.
The apartment includes: a double bed, and an additional single futon bed . There is lot of closet space. With two windows facing the North and exposed brick walls, decorative fire place, skylight , making this a very attractive apartment in one of the most attractive area on Manhattan. For entertainment: cable TV, stereo and VCR, high speed internet. The open kitchen is fully equipped with flat ware, dishes.. The bathroom, tiled in white, includes a shower and bathtub. Towels are included.
