My husband and I stayed at here for one night as a quick getaway. It was perfect! Very clean and spacious. The room we stayed in was big and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was huge. Beautifully decorated inside and out. Very homie. Henry and Barb are wonderful hosts. Had great conversations and a wonderful breakfast. Would highly recommend Bristol views.

Wonderful place to stay with incredible hosts! Rooms are beautiful, property is lovely, and deck where hot tub is located is a fabulous place for morning coffee. Henry is a great cook who serves a wonderful breakfast. Our first B&B stay and it could not have been better! Well worth the visit. Do yourself a favor if you are in the area and stop and stay with Barb and Henry, you'll be glad you did! Thank you again for a wonderful stay! Gale and Cary, Falmouth, Maine

It is a short ride from the town of Naples on top a hill with a lake view. There were several nice restaurants up the rode , the food was very good and well priced.

Barb and Henry were fantastic and the house is lovely. The decked area is a great place to relax and we stayed there a couple of nights eating with great views. A really good idea is the kitchenette with free water and soft drinks. The hosts were really knowledgeable and couldn't have been friendlier and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a base in Finger Lakes. Rob and Maggie

The friendly staff and scenic views made this one of the finest bed and breakfast experiences I have ever enjoyed.
The Hawkins Room is named for the family who lived and worked this farm for generations. This corner room offers the same fantastic view as the living room. The Hawkins Room has a queen-sized bed with an attached bath with a tub/shower.
An ancient legend of the Seneca Nation considers South Hill as the birthplace of the Seneca Nation. South Hill can be viewed from the window in this room. The Seneca Room has a queen-sized bed with an attached bath with a neo-angled jetted shower.
The Empire Room is our largest room. It is named to honor the State of New York and all its offerings.
Guests can view the Bristol Hills and vineyards from the room. Guests can relax in the jacuzzi bath/shower and then settle in for the night on the king-sized bed.
This room honors one of New York's finest,The Erie Canal. This room has been designed for guests who may not want to climb stairs. The attached bath is wheelchair accessible. The room is furnished with a queen-sized sofabed - "don't panic - this is not your grandma's sofabed". This bed has an extremely comfortable aerobed mattress with a featherbed topper.
The Hawkins Room and the Seneca Room are connected and can be rented to allow family or friends to be together. There is a reduced rate if the rooms are rented as a suite.
