Cancellations:
30-day notice required for all cancellations. If less than 30 days notice, no charge will be incurred for any cancellations in which the cottage can be rebooked (in full or partial). If we cannot fill your space, you will be charged for the cottage. As an example, if you cancel a three day reservation and we can only fill two of those cancelled days, you will only be charged for that additional day we could not book. No charge for cancellations with more than a 30-day notice. All no shows will incur a full charge for the entire cost of the stay. If you must cancel, the more advance notice we have the more likely we will be able to rebook your cottage.
