Husband and I stayed here for a long weekend in October. The hosts are great, Becky's breakfast's were wonderful and our room overlooked the back yard with creek running through it. Bathroom was supplied with all the amenities you would need at home. Would definitely recommend, and very close to Seneca wineries and Watkins Glenn State Park.

My husband and I stayed at this B&B the first week in October. Our room was very cheery and comfortable. The bathroom in this particular room was quite small. We were offered another room with a larger bathroom but we opted for this room with a view of Seneca Lake. We loved the location of this inn for close proximity of the wineries in the area and there are a lot. Becky's breakfasts were scrumptious...something different every day. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent B&B! Beautiful view of Lake Seneca from the front lawn, quiet rooms, beautiful dining room and very spacious common room. Gourmet breakfasts (Beckey is a wonder!) and friendly, very accommodating hosts. You won't go wrong here. P.S. If you want a VIP experience on a wine tour, let Bob take you. He knows all the good ones.

Stayed there with old Army friends and it turned out that host Bob James is a Marine! He and wife Becky are wonderful hosts and the facilities couldn't be better. Large, comfortable living room, fantastic breakfasts, and cozy, comfortable well decorated rooms not far from Watkins Glen. Great place and great people and wonderful value.

Our group of three retired Army buddies and wives just spent 3 days with Bob and Becky... we could not be more pleased. From Bob's first warm welcome, through Becky's "amazing" breakfasts, to our warm send-off, we felt totally relaxed and at home. We pick a different part of teh Eastern U.S. for our annual reunion, and this one was "tops," thanks to "Bout Time and Bob and Becky.
