    • Minimum stay: Weekends May-October are 2 night minimum; Holidays -3 night minimum.

    • Deposit amount required: Either one-half of expected room charges or our minimum one-night deposit.

    • Cancellations: Cancellations made 21 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded less a $30.00 processing fee. If the cancellation is made less than 21 days prior to the arrival date, the remaining balance will be charged to the credit card and the entire amount is Non-Refundable. If the room can be re-booked, then the payment may be transferred to a future stay within the next twelve (12) months from the original date. All cancellations made by telephone must be confirmed to the Innkeeper by letter, fax or email and received by the Innkeeper no later than 20 days prior to the arrival date.
