Reservation Policy

• 

  Check in: 4 - 6 pm    Check out: 11 am

• 

  Minimum stay: Some weekends 2 nights. Some Holiday weekends 3 nights minimum stay.

• 

  Deposit amount required: One night stay amount or 50% of total stay reserved; whichever is greater.

• 

  Cancellations: Reservations require a deposit equal to one night's stay or 50% of total for two or more nights. Any changes or cancellations made after reservation is placed incurs a $25 fee. Return of deposits only for cancellation made at least 10 days prior to arrival dates. Deposits are otherwise non-refundable. Stays that are shortened without a 10-day notice will be charged under normal cancellation policy. Reservations of three or more rooms require a 30-day cancellation notice plus a 50% advance deposit. These deposits are refundable only for cancellations or changes made at least 30 days prior to the reservation date. A limited 6-month Gift Certificate will be issued in lieu of a refund deposit.
