The Brand Bed and Breakfast offers affordable accommodations for visitors who seek a home away from home in a quintessential New York City environment. Comfortable and cozy, The Brand Bed and Breakfast in Greenwich Village is an economical alternative to the area's expensive hotels. The Brand Bed and Breakfast is located on one of the most prime blocks in Greenwich Village, one of Manhattan's most desirable and safest neighborhoods. Just outside your door, you'll find the city's most renowned restaurants and nightlife, exclusive boutiques, world-class shopping, and avant garde art galleries. The Brand Bed and Breakfast is close to many of the downtown colleges (New York University, Parsons and the New School), the Javits Convention Center, Broadway theaters, the Chelsea Piers and Hudson River pedestrian-only promenade, as well as public transportation.
Our Village B&B Room is located on the third floor of our brownstone in Historic Greenwich Village. The bathroom is semi-private but our guests feel like it is completely private. It is shared with one man who has an office there between the hours of 9am-6pm. It is private before and after those times. Most of our guests are sightseeing between 9am-6pm so they never even see the person who has the office. This room has a small sitting room, a bedroom, a bathroom, wifi, tv, coffee maker, mini-fridge, ice cream table, love seat, dresser, hairdryer and phone.

We chose the Brand for the price and location and were not disappointed. The room was small but we didn't spend much time there except for sleeping so it was all we needed. The "breakfast" part of the deal wasn't really that, though they provided cold cereal and milk in the little refrigerator if we wanted to do that. Also some cans of ground coffee were in the fridge if we wanted to make our own but we chose to explore Greenwich for breakfasts and enjoyed that more than cold cereal any day. So, good location, good price, no hassles whatsoever. All in all a great place to stay if you're going to be exploring the city.
