Nestled in the foothills of the Allegheny Mts.only seven miles from Holiday Valley a mid 1800's farmhouse tripled in size in the 1970's to become a stately Greek Revival home.A complete renovation was done in 1990 and it became the Bush B&B. Four tastefully decorated rooms with comfy linens and queen size beds and a fifth room with a double bed offer a restful sleep.A full country breakfast starts your day of golfing, skiing biking, hiking, horseback riding, visits to museums,Amish and antique stores or the Casino or Spa. Spend the evening relaxing on the patio or porches overlooking the gardens or in the sitting room complete with board games, cards, puzzles and a TV.

We stayed in this B&B on Valentine's Day and stayed in Molly's Blush. Everything was warm and charming, including the owners. The house is beautiful and well kept. Breakfast included stuffed French toast, sausage, fresh fruit and excellent coffee. We will definitely book again when we return to Ellicottville.

Our hosts were most welcoming. Our room was charming and breakfast was outstanding! We shared a bathroom with another room and was totally fine. Love the B&B!

We were there for a few days in November of '06 and were extremely pleased with the friendliness, comfort, down home atmosphere, great food and cost. Doug Davis

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was our first experience staying at a B&B. The Kochans (owners) were very pleasant and welcoming, making us feel as comfortable as if we were in our own home. The B&B is very well and creatively furnished and decorated throughout. Our room (Molly's Blush) was clean and relaxing. The breakfast was well presented and delicious.

Owners are wonderful. house is beautiful. We stayed in room "Molly's Blush" which had a very comfortable bed! We actually overslept because of this and thought we had missed breakfast, but stuffed french toast, fresh fruit, and danishes were waiting for us downstairs!

We just had a great weekend at the Bush Bed and Breakfast. Ted & Marge were great. The rooms were clean and welcoming. The breakfast was terrific! They made us feel at "home" during our stay. The location is perfect because you can get to Holiday Valley & the Casino w/in 10min. We loved here and would recommend!

This charming little B&B was my first experience but won't be my last! The home-like appeal of the rooms is only outdone by the excellent food! Thanks!
