From the moment we set foot on the property, it was clear that the owners have an exceptional sense of style. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the decor is a delightful mix of old and modern. Lights are on motion sensors and timers. Off-street parking is available for the guests. We stayed in the main house, so our experience was quiet and surprisingly secluded. There was plenty of hot water, the towels were luxuriously soft, and the body wash provided smelled like biscotti! The Inn is only a couple of blocks from Ithaca Commons -- about 5 minutes, if you're walking. In addition to a plethora of fresh fruit, juice, coffee/tea and muffins, we were served a full breakfast (which tasted like it was straight out of Cook's Illustrated or Food & Wine). Our hostess was very accomodating with alternative choices for those with unique dietary needs or allergies.

Nice place to stay, for a college town

The room was nice but the curtains let in alot of light and street traffic was alot noisier than I thought it would be. The breakfast was a generous box of fruit and baked goods. I might stay there again but only if they were having a special on the prices again.
